General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices are all-inclusive, including chauffeur service, unlimited passenger insurance, and vehicle fuel.

 

Tolls, parking fees, driver meals and overnight stays, as well as any miscellaneous expenses, are the responsibility of the client. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client will be billed accordingly.

 

Baggage and personal belongings of passengers are not the responsibility of the driver or Odyssée Prestige / Thésée Limousines.

 

Payment for transportation services is due in full upon completion. If the transported person is a "credit client," the service will be invoiced for payment upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

 

Accepted payment methods include cash (up to the current limit), check, bank transfer, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

 

Any reservation cancellation must be notified 48 hours before the start of the service. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the total order amount.

 

Reservations not cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, before the vehicle departs from the garage, or in the absence of the client at the scheduled pickup time, will be billed in full.

 

Any claims must be made within eight days following the completion of the service; after this period, they will not be considered.

Subject to all legal provisions, any disputes that may arise are expressly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Nanterre or any other jurisdiction chosen solely by Odyssée Prestige / Thésée Limousines.

 

The transportation of persons for remuneration is regulated by decrees published in the Official Journal of the French Republic. In France, only drivers holding the appropriate professional qualifications are authorized to drive tourist cars. Vehicles and authorized persons are inspected by prefectures to ensure compliance with this service.
